List of surgical interventions performed in the surgical department:

 

 

 

 

- Removal of benign neoplasms of the skin and soft tissues: fibroma (dermatofibroma), lipoma, epidermal cyst (atheroma), papilloma, etc .;

- Surgical operations for ingrown nails, deformities of the nail plate;

- Removal of pathological scars of the body;

- Performance of biopsies in diseases of soft tissues, skin, etc .;

- Surgical interventions for purulent-inflammatory diseases of the skin and soft tissues (furuncles, abscesses, panaritiums, etc.);

- Treatment of varicose veins (I-IIst according to CEAP classification) by sclerotherapy;

- Surgical interventions in diseases of the anal canal and the pararectal area;

- Removal of foreign bodies from soft tissues;

- Intraarticular and paraarticular blockades.

 

 

Surgical department is equipped with a device of radio wave surgery - "Surgitron".

Radio wave surgery is an atraumatic method of cutting and coagulation of soft tissues with the help of high-frequency waves. Point heating actually evaporates the cell. Cosmetic results far exceed results after application of other surgical methods - traditional surgery, electrosurgery (electro- and diathermocoagulation), laser and cryodestruction (exposure to low temperatures).

The use of radiosurgical techniques (such as the "Surgitron" device) makes it possible to cut sections of any configuration and given depth, even in a certain layer of tissue. With the help of the device When removing or biopsy of tumors of soft tissues, hemorrhagic and purulent complications are not observed. The speed of epithelialization when using the radiosurgical method is 2-2.5 times higher than in patients after electrocoagulation.

•        Ingrown toenails

**In case of dressing with the application of an aseptic dressing, dressing material and medicinal products (according to indications) are purchased by the patient independently.
